RTSC Spotlight on Bob Benwick and Effective Leadership, Organizations, and Life

Kathleen and Geoff BellmanI am excited to post this podcast, an interview with close friend and colleague Bob Benwick.  Bob and his wife Bev have a global coaching firm based in Vancouver.   You can check out another article about the synergies created by combining Bob and Bev's coaching work and the large scale change approach I take.

I was talking with Bob a few weeks ago about a mutual client and he said, "I'm going to hold him big."  That phrase stuck with me. My work is about supporting clients in unleashing the power and possibilities in their organization.  Bob and Bev do this same work with individuals.  Listen in as Bob and I compare notes about the benefits of choosing to see the world this way.  There are also costs in holding yourself and others small, -- the micro-managing, lowered expectations, and stories that get in the way of you and others bringing our best selves to work and life.   Hold yourself big and you can do the same for others.
