Authentic conversations are at the heart of every change effort. I spoke earlier with Michael Fischer from Lyondell-Bassell about how important transparent communication is essential to Important Change Work to do During the Economic Downturn. In this RTSC Spotlight interview I am joined by Jamie and Maren Showkeir, fellow Berrett-Koehler authors, who have recently written the book Authentic Conversations. We cover a lot of ground including what makes for authentic conversations, what gets in our way of having them, and why they matter.
